- Crafting HR & talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs, Formulating career development plans,

Requirements:
- Overall 20 years of experience in the HR function
- Previous work experience as a Chief People Officer, VP of HR or similar role,
- 5+ experience in similar role, preferably building scale in previous roles.
- Experience in strategic planning,
- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions,
- Proven record of leading for diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Exp in Technology hiring is MUST.
