Chqbook - Team Leader - Lending

Whom are we looking for?

1. TL having relevant lending background and understanding of credit terminology.

2. TL who are comfortable driving sales targets.

3. Should be good with people management skills

4. TL/AM comfortable driving basic calling metric ( Login hour , talk time ,productivity, calls ) etc.

5. Should be open to changes in terms of process, structure, role and should be aligned towards company's goal.

What will your role look like?

1. Taking morning huddle and discuss target /achievement with the team.

2. Driving regular logins from the team and push logins towards disbursals.

3. Follow up with internal teams (CPA/Credit) for movement of team's cases.

4. Understand agent wise issues, motivate them and help them to achieve their number.

5. Take corrective action against none -performers of the team.

Salary Offered : 7-12 LPA

6. Should be comfortable in excel and preparing basic reports.
