Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for handling all the marketing activities of Chowzaa.
- Planning Go-to-Marketing strategies, Product Launch activity planning and execution, internal and external communication. ATL, BTL as well as online/digital marketing
- Conducting Partners and End Customers Survey, Competitive Analysis and Industry Trends and checking the effectiveness and ROI of Marketing Campaigns
- Developing and maintaining all the social media pages of Chowzaa by working with the social media intern
- Coming up with new ideas in collaboration with the clients which are the restaurants and the home chefs to create new campaigns in order to increase the engagement level with Chowzaa
- Efficiently use the given marketing budget to create maximum impact
- Being on the pulse of current food, social, and cultural trends and events (for that city/region), and weaving Chowzaa's presence into them
- Conceptualizing, coordinating, and hosting unique and memorable dining experiences for members of the Chowzaa community. This will be unique experiences like food cook-offs, food trails, food festivals, food eating contests, events for homechefs and other events in collaboration with the restaurants helping them achieve greater footfalls and bring in more customers.
- Managing the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection, campaign activations, result tracking and troubleshooting.
- Allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.
- Maintaining reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and evaluation of team performance and reporting the same to the Sales/Business Head of the city.
- Allocating targets to the Sales Team
- Responsible for conversion of sales leads into paying clients. Maintain and develop relationships with them.
- Design sales pitches and marketing campaigns based on client feedback and market research
Requirements :
- A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience. Experience in B2B sales will be a plus
- Would be preferable if the candidate has experience in the online food delivery and review business
- Ability to work long and unpredictable hours
- Passion for food is a must
- Has to be on top of the pulse of the food scene in the city and develop marketing strategies around it
- Ability to come up with new ideas and campaigns constantly
- Needs to know how to prepare marketing budget reports and calculate the ROI on the marketing money spent
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with positive attitude
- Proven negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

Salary Offered: Rs 30,000 (Base Salary) + Equity (based on the performance)
