Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensuring the successful accomplishment of business targets; setting up new business units, building sales teams, DSAs & developing them to achieve profitability
- Setting up of online portal for sales of different kinds of loans - Mortgage Loans, Home Loans,Personal & Business Loans and guide its operations
- Utilizing market feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for formulating plans (both strategic / tactical) for the brands
- Managing loan/ mortgage operations, client management according to priority, checking daily reports of the team
- Overseeing database of customers applying for loans/ mortgages and ensuring adherence to the service standards & regulatory compliance with SEBI and company laws
- Looking after client's requirements and providing them expert advisory services pertaining to the right selection of loans
- Rendering sustained services to business partners/ customers, increasing retention level by achieving service quality norms and resolving the issues to attain high customer satisfaction
- Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members; imparting continuous on-job training (need based) for greater operational efficiency
