Responsibilities -
The Dean of Chitkara College of Sales and Marketing will serve as the Chief Academic and Administrative Officer of the school and as such, should provide vision and leadership to the department.
Areas of responsibility in this position include :
1. Contribution in Articulating & implementing strategic vision of Chitkara College of Sales and Marketing.
2. Contribution in the strategic planning, implementation and evaluation process of Chitkara College of Sales and Marketing.
3. Successful conduct of academic courses and related administration.
4. Ensuring academic integrity in college programs.
5. Overseeing faculty and staff selection; retention, promotion and evaluation processes.
6. Encouraging and supporting excellence in teaching and training.
7. Promoting collegiality and collaborative relationships internally and externally.
8. Managing the fiscal well-being of the college.
9. Promoting alumni and donor relations.
10. Ensuring the conduct of career advancement programs and development activities of students.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree and Ph.D. in Marketing from a reputed and recognised university.
- 12-20 years of experience
- Minimum 10 publications in Scopus/ABDC Journals.
- Experience in Consulting and handling Sponsored Research Projects will be an added advantage
