BD manager - Global markets
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the Dubai, US, UK, Singapore, and other specified global markets.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop strategies for market penetration.
Lead Generation:- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation.
Client Relationship Management:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the specified global markets.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Strategy & Presentation:- Responsible for understanding a prospect's business needs and working with the expert teams to develop a tailored integrated marketing proposal
- Responsible for presenting the proposal to the client. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring the successful onboarding and delivery of products/services.
- Expected to adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of new customers and opportunities along with submission of contract documents
Market Expansion:- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for expansion in the specified global markets
- Develop and implement market entry strategies
Anchoring:- Overseeing & running the brand for a brief period until it has been passed over to the execution teams.
- Ensuring the handover process is followed smoothly & client introductions are taken care of
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
Requests for information:- Ensure all incoming Requests for Information (RFIs) and requests for Proposals (RFPs) are dealt with in a professional and creative manner
Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, including market trends, sales performance, and pipeline status.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Management Information System:- Ensuring monthly delivery of the MIS to the Team Lead & the management.
- Ensure learnings & implementations of better methods to acquire clients & close business, monthly.
