CFO - SaaS - Growth Stage

Role is with a Growth Stage SaaS platform HQ in USA. Reports into the CEO

- The CFO will oversee Accounting and Finance teams and execute all aspects of day-to-day functions including financial planning, variance analysis, financial reporting, AR & AP, payroll, and treasury-related activities.

- The skills needed to succeed include strong leadership, accounting, FP&A and communication skills.

- A successful candidate will have prior experience scaling financial infrastructures, expertise in the growth phases of a venture capital, private equity, and M&A, preferably in the context of a SaaS-company environment.

- The CFO will partner with C-Suite level executives for company-wide growth and development. This position reports directly to the CEO.
