The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. The CTO works with Executive Management to grow the company using product and engineering resources. Using an active and practical approach, the CTO will direct all employees in IT departments to attain the company's strategic goals established in the company's strategic plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/DESIRABLES :
- Spearhead Product and Engineering divisions
- Provide leadership to Product and Engineering heads in a fashion that supports the company's culture, mission and values.
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership which includes strategy, administration, technology guru for teams, product management, mentoring teams, strong domain understanding and managing daily operations.
- Providing technical direction & guidance to the Product and Engineering heads. Helping them in building the team, setting up the KRA- s, policies & processes.
- Work along with rest of the CXOs and Division Heads to support business growth
- Establish the company's technical vision and leads all aspects of the company's technological development.
- Directs the company's strategic direction, development and future growth.
- Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.
ABILITIES :
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software/product development and experience/understanding of marketing technologies
