Job Summary:

The role would spearhead the conceptualization of Digitization/ IT Transformation using innovation as a strategic differentiator to gain leadership position in market. The incumbent is expected to play an instrumental role in scaling-up and transforming the Company (ZFL) to achieve business goals and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, lead & execute digital initiatives using innovative technology strategies with a focus to identify value levers across the Company that support business development needs and market growth.

- Design the future adaptable operating model and manage change through the transformation lifecycle.

- Ensure scalability, and reliability of all technology systems used for Stock Broking Infrastructure and protecting sensitive information of the Company.

- Identify potential risks associated with IT operations and employ proactive strategies to safeguard the continuity of trading activities.

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT product, software, infrastructure - plan, design, implement and maintain.

- Manage IT infrastructure for Trading Platforms and Backoffice requirements, including branch offices.

- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of trading platform, adapting it to meet evolving trader and investor needs.

- Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) to safeguard financial data and protect against cyber threats, in compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, depository and other regulatory guidelines.

- Manage a team of IT professionals that ensure seamless IT system & network support to the business all time.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT (Information & Technology).

- MCA / MBA in IT or relevant certification is a plus.

- Minimum 20 years of experience in a Digital Transformation & IT Systems/Infrastructure role within the Financial Services industry with a focus on SEBI registered financial services institution.

- Proven track record of leading the set-up and end to end delivery of digitization projects with complete ownership in financial institution.

- Deep knowledge of IT related SEBI regulations and guidelines pertaining to Stock broking.

- Comprehensive understanding of IT security and compliance in financial markets.
