Chief Technology Officer - Startup - IIT/NIT/IIIT

CTO / VP for startup in Gurgaon

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering from top notch institutes (IIT's, NIT's, IIIT's & etc) only.

- Should have managed 15 Member team

- Should be a strong technologist

- Should have grown quickly in Ranks and Career

- Java/J2EE is prefered but C++ is also fine

- Experience with high scalability requirements

- Experience designing distributed systems

- Experience with employee development, performance management and delivering results.

- Problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize

- Presentation and written communication skills are essential
