Chief Technology Officer - Online/eCommerce

Job Description :

- Software Development leader with a drive and attitude towards getting high quality products delivered.

- Experience in building robust and lean engineering processes and best practices which helped in bringing up the collaboration and minimizing the friction amongst business and engineering teams to deliver great products.

- Help define Technical Roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end.

- Work very closely with various business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies.

- Have hands-on experience in strategizing, planning, developing and managing very large scale business growth projects which involve multiple stakeholders and large engineering teams.

- Drive high standards on quality, delivering solutions on time and within budgeted cost.

- Deliver excellence in customer experience and value

- Build and sustain product engineering team(s). Hire and develop top talents. Continuously improve team efficiency and productivity.

- Adapt, champion and institute tool-based engineering governance. Setup processes and standards for engineering rigor adherence across projects
