Chief Technology Officer - NGO

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Developing new technology and systems that improve operational and measurement efficiencies within the organization

2. Developing new technology that helps us interact with our farmers better and collect data from them more efficiently

3. Managing a team of 5-6 developers, GIS analysts and research team members and supporting in building, training and growing our tech team

4. Adding in new technology stacks and improving efficiencies across our current platforms and systems that use QGIS, ODK, R, Python, Angular, PHP
AWS

5. Building the backend database architecture in either mysQL or postgresQL

6. Integrating current data collection systems with Zoho that is used for CRM, Project Management and Financial Management
