Roles & Responsibilities :

- Primary responsibility of this role of SPOC all the IT Infra related problems
- He/She has interact & act as SPOC for Adnet employees / Vendors / Customer for all the IT Issues
- Co-ordinate with various vendors and Adnet offices and ensure call tracking of all the issues raised
- Good experience on excel and some knowledge of commercial terms
- Should be good in coordination
- Should be process oriented and able to work with a team
- Generating MIS as per SLA
- Deliver services as per procedure/process document.
- To follow up with vendors for the major call closures.
- Ensure adherence to escalation Matrix
- Follow the standard operating procedures as have been defined.
- Responsible to achieve uptime commitment as defined in SLA
- Monthly meeting with the Business to analyze data & present reports
- Ensure that all NCRs /corrective actions identified in internal and external audits.
- To identify training needs for all the engineers working in the accounts handled.
- Defining and maintaining the Standard Operating procedures
- Preparing and analyzing reports and sharing the same with customers and team Members.
- Escalation of site related issues to the Senior Manager e.g. Absence of key members of team, indiscipline, Problems with customer setup proactively.
- To allocate/jobs to the team at respective departments.
- To run CSAT & ESAT surveys onsite at defined intervals
- Act as a single point contact for the customer across locations for all service related issues
- Responsible for handling all the escalations (Onsite/out locations)
- Escalate the quality issues beyond control to defined escalation point as the case may be.
- Ensure Asset inventory to be maintained and ensure asset audit takes place every 6months.
- To ensure control of customer supplied assets
- Create Knowledge Base
- Preparation of operational schedules like Roster charts,
- Responsible to achieve uptime commitment as defined
