Chief Technology Officer - IT Strategy

Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Location: 100% Remote with Monthly Travel to Company HQ.

Position Overview.

- Our client is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's technology strategy and execution in a fully remote capacity.

- The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology development, innovation, and IT operations to ensure that the company's technology infrastructure aligns with its business goals.

- This role includes strategic leadership in product development, technical innovation, and team management.

- The position requires monthly travel to the company's headquarters for collaboration and strategic meetings.

Key Responsibilities.

- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.

- Oversee all technology operations and ensure systems and technologies are aligned with business goals.

- Lead innovation and product development efforts, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to define technical priorities and ensure alignment with overall company strategy.

- Drive the development of new technologies, platforms, and digital tools to enhance customer experience and business processes.

- Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management strategies.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the engineering and IT teams.

Qualifications.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology executive, ideally in a high-growth or international setting.

- Strong expertise in technology strategy development, product innovation, and IT operations.

- Experience managing large-scale technology infrastructures and leading engineering or IT teams.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
