Chief Technology Officer - IT

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in modern cloud architecture and a proven track record of building successful enterprise software. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) capabilities, particularly with demonstrated experience in building scalable modern SOAR platforms such as XSOAR, Phantom, FortiSOAR, etc. As the CTO, you will be responsible for leading our technical strategy, driving innovation, and mentoring and growing our teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Technical Strategy and Leadership:

- Develop and drive the company's technical vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our products and services.

- Lead and inspire a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Quality Assurance and Testing :

- Develop and implement a robust quality assurance strategy to ensure high-quality software products.

- Establish efficient testing frameworks and methodologies across the development lifecycle.

- Lead the QA team in conducting comprehensive testing and monitoring quality metrics for continuous improvement.

Cloud Architecture and Scalable Solutions :

- Leverage your expertise in modern cloud architecture to design and implement scalable and reliable software solutions.

- Drive the adoption of best practices for cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud-based solutions.

SOAR Platform Development :

- Utilize your deep understanding of SOAR capabilities to architect, design, and build a scalable modern SOAR platform.

- Lead the development team in building robust and flexible features for security orchestration, automation, and response.

- Collaborate with security experts to ensure the platform meets industry standards and effectively addresses customer needs.

Team Mentoring and Growth :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, promoting professional growth and skill enhancement.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and development methodologies.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development opportunities for team members.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to align technical strategies with business objectives.

- Engage with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into product development plans.

- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and events, establishing relationships and showcasing technical expertise.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven track record of successfully building and delivering enterprise software solutions.

- Extensive experience in modern cloud architecture, including designing and deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SOAR capabilities, with a focus on building scalable modern SOAR platforms (e.g., XSOAR, Phantom, FortiSOAR).

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor technical teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
