Job Description : Looking to hire a senior engineering leader for a insurance fin-tech company based out of Noida. The role offers you to lead and built a team of strong engineers. It offers an opportunity to work closely with the founders to set and achieve the business and technological vision.

Client Details :

- Our client is an insurance fin-tech company, offering a seamless ecosystem for delivering insurance products across rural India.

- They aim to de-risk rural India by making insurance accessible for all. More than 1 million rural customers have purchased insurance on their platform

Description :

- Technical Leadership, setting the direction and technology road-map

- Translating business needs to technology strategy

- Technology selection, software and infrastructure architecture, development processes supervision/validation

- Define and maintain the technology road-maps

- Ensure that the company stays ahead of the curve in terms of technologies and practice, and that teams are trained properly to operate with these technologies

- Technical auditing, reviewing and follow-up of the projects developed in the company

Profile :

- 10+ years of hands on software development experience

- Experience working with insurance fin-tech domain is a must

- Designed and developed large scale applications in the past

- Led mobile application (pref. android) development teams on the past

- Preference for Python and PHP (laravel) but open to others like Java, ROR, Golang, Node.js etc.

- Experience working with SQL, No SQL, micro services, android, Kotlin, Flutter etc.

- Experience in integrating with 3rd party payment gateways like razorpay, PayU would be good to have

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills
