Chief Technology Officer - Insurance Broking Firm

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on consulting pay out to lead and drive the technology strategy of our insurance broking firm. The CTO will be pivotal in aligning technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring robust IT infrastructure, and driving innovation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision and goals.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Platform Development & Management:

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable technology platforms for policy issuance, claims management, and customer service.

- Ensure integration of partner APIs, insurer systems, and seamless data flow.

Team Building & Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing technology team, including software developers, IT support, and system architects.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

- Ensure IT infrastructure security and compliance with IRDAI regulations and data privacy laws.

- Regularly audit and update systems to protect sensitive customer information.

Customer-Centric Innovation:

- Develop customer-facing solutions, including apps, portals, and AI-based chatbots, to enhance customer experience.

- Utilize data analytics and AI/ML to offer personalized insurance solutions.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with insurers, technology partners, and vendors for seamless integration and efficient technology solutions.

- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Technology, or similar leadership role in insurance, fintech, or a related domain.

- Strong expertise in cloud computing, API integration, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies like AI/ML and blockchain.

- Hands-on experience in building and scaling tech platforms for B2B and B2C models.

- Deep understanding of insurance industry workflows, including policy issuance, claims, and compliance.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
