Chief Technology Officer

- As a CTO you will be leading a team who will be responsible to design, implement and transform the product needs into a tech solution.

- Develop and drive tech solution strategy and that aligns with the company's ambitious business/product goals.

- Build a scalable tech solution that enables seamless customer/user experience.

- Accountable for one or more projects (complex) in parallel and ability to take decisions by evaluating the ROI in short term,mid term and long term value creations.

- Thought leadership to solve our Engineering challenges.

- Continuously work towards improving the e- ciency in the team.

- Must be comfortable with the latest Web,Mobile and Backend technologies.

- Adapt to new business initiatives and bringing enough support towards product development.

- Explore new solutions and continuous improvements through a data driven approach.

- PnL Management.

- A big fan of latest trends of business and technology, you are also human-oriented and a team player.

- Challenge and accept being challenged in terms of choices and visions. Knows how to communicate, defend their opinions and generate support.
