Chief Technology Officer - Information Technology/Software Development

1. Sound knowledge of Information Technology.

6. Data center management Should have the experience & ability to build and lead projects for software development in financial services.

7.The candidate must have experience of at least 5-6 years as a Chief Technical Officer.

8. Help develop overall business goals by maintaining a sound technology strategy including timelines, budgets, performance metrics, etc.

9. Review and improve our technology vision, roadmap and strategy to align with our overall company vision and mission.

10. Provide top quality leadership and hold ultimate accountability for all teams within product development - hardware, IOT software, Dev Ops, System Intelligence, System Reliability, Security, Front-end, UI/UX and Technical Support.

11. Be a prime example of upholding Core Values, and enabling Product Development team members to do the same.

12. Integrate various data services and modules to Artificial Intelligence engine.

13. Develop, test and deploy a strategy to integrate with any third-party Building Management System.

14. Systematically improve reliability of embedded systems products and throughout the software stack, and ensure our final product operates without surprises and errors.

15. Systematically review security threats and remove vulnerability throughout the technology stack.

16. Build a vibrant, motivated and driven Product Development Team that is able to execute and perform at the highest levels.
