Job Description - Driving the technology vertical within the organization with a focus on automation, the fulfilment of strategic road map and taking the organization to the next level with technology being the prime enabler

Client Details :

A well established yet rapidly growing Indian horticulture firm focused on product distribution and exports with a very strong global supply chain network, having a large presence in India as well as around the world

Description:

- Lead the company's IT team and ensure delivery on organizational needs

- Identify opportunities for integrating technologies and introducing automation

- Leadership, planning and management of all IT strategies, development and implementation operations, applications and automation

- Enable end-to-end processes by maximising use of technology and minimising manual intervention

- Drive and manage systems and capabilities in-house efficiently with minimal resources

- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technology performance

Profile :

- 9-12 years of experience in IT

- Engineer by qualification, having hands on experience in programming

- Coming from or strong background in farming, supply chain, logistics industry

- Up-to-date with technology and trends

- Understanding of business nuances and having a start-up and entrepreneur mindset

- Ability to identify and integrate automation opportunities in business processes

- Experience in managing and implementing systems in-house
