Job brief : - We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. Roles & Responsibilities : - Will be part of the Executive Management team and involved in key decision making and strategy of the organization - Will be responsible for all the architecture and engineering work of the organization - Will be responsible for continuing to evolve existing platform with new features and capabilities - Building a secure data lake/store - Will be responsible for securing and ensuring all compliance and certifications - Will be responsible for developing an innovation platform that will drive different ecosystem players to develop solution on top of our platform - Developing the integration platform connecting all providers, payors and other healthcare ecosystem players along with all the intelligence layers on top of it Requirements and skills : - Should have been responsible for Architecture and Engineering of a SaaS platform - Should have capability of building data warehouse and datalake, associated security, document management systems and integration with third party systems - Should have designed, architected and run engineering teams preferably in the B2B and Healthcare space - Should have managed development work across the full stack - Front End and Back-end - Exposure to Healthcare cloud services in GCP / AWS is essential - Expertise in building Cloud native product/platforms involving microservices / containers, low latency and high performance data lakes / databases - Knowledge of data security and encryption protocols is essential - AI/ML/NLP expertise would be preferable - Good to have knowledge of interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR and other interfaces / administrative data formats - Has the ability to be a hands-on individual contributor as well as participate as a team player - Attract exceptionally high quality talent; build and lead high performance technology teams in a fast moving regulatory and business environment - Should be able to work with ultra large datasets - Extremely good communication; ability to engage and connect with senior stakeholders eg.
