Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in healthcare and technology. The ideal candidate will lead our technology strategy, drive innovation, and ensure scalable and secure digital solutions. This role requires expertise in healthcare IT systems, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the adoption of innovative healthcare technologies.

- Oversee software development, IT infrastructure, and data security to enhance system performance and scalability.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other industry standards.

- Drive AI/ML integration, data analytics, and interoperability for enhanced patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

- Build and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

- Establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulators, and technology vendors.

- Manage technology budgets, ensuring cost-effective implementation of solutions.

- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies to protect patient data and organizational assets.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend investments that drive competitive advantage.

Required Skills:

- Expertise in healthcare IT systems, EHR/EMR, and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).

- Strong knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable architectures.

- Experience with AI/ML, big data analytics, and IoT in healthcare applications.

- Proficiency in software development methodologies, DevOps, and Agile practices.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and data privacy laws.

- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities in a senior management role.

- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to drive digital transformation and lead large-scale technology implementations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Technology, or a similar leadership role in a healthcare-tech company.

- Track record of successfully implementing technology-driven solutions in healthcare.
