Job Description: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Bangalore - HSR Layout Sector 6

Role responsibilities:

- Enable company to achieve its mission & vision by leveraging technology.

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.

- Build and groom the technology team to meet our rapid development plans.

- Spearhead all technical design, development, deployment, support and maintenance functions.

- Ensure world-class user experience for ease and stickiness and maintain privacy of sensitive information.

- Guide all departments (sales, marketing, customer support) to use technology effectively.

- Contributing to recruitment activities.

- Recommending technological developments and improvements inefficiency.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Experience of 5 to 15 years with degree in Computer Science, ready for a senior leadership role.

- Visionary, ambitious, innovative and solution-driven.

- Hands-on experience in both architecting and developing B2C solutions.

- Manage the team including setting up the right processes for product design and development

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.

- Excellent communication skills, leadership and organizational abilities.
