Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial individual to join our organization as the Head of IT Operations (Global). This is a unique opportunity to become a key member of our team and drive the success of our software development projects in emerging technologies such as AI, ML, Blockchain, and more. As the Head of IT Operations, you will be responsible for providing client solutions, building your own team, and executing projects on time. This role offers equity compensation in lieu of a traditional salary, allowing you to share in the success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the global IT operations, overseeing software development projects related to AI, ML, Blockchain, and other emerging technologies.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs.

- Build and manage your own team of IT professionals, including hiring, mentoring, and providing technical guidance and support.

- Prioritize project activities and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

- Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Foster effective communication and collaboration between team members, clients, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, Blockchain, and related technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation.

- Implement best practices, standards, and processes to optimize IT operations efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as product management and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project goals and meet business objectives.

- Evaluate and recommend software tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience (X years) in managing IT operations and delivering software development projects in the fields of AI, ML, Blockchain, or similar technologies.

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing IT teams.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to address complex technical challenges.

- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT operations.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving IT operations and delivering cutting-edge software solutions.
