Chief Technology Officer - FMCG/Beverages

Role Brief:

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will lead our technology and digital strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals. This position demands a leader with experience in full-cycle ERP implementations, digital transformations, and the development of technology solutions that enhances manufacturing, sales, and other key business processes.

What impact I will create:

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and implement the company's technology and digital roadmap.

- Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects, improving processes across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, S&OP and Sales.

- Oversee the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce setup and B2B Sales and Order Management Platforms.

- Implement Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools
to optimize distribution and sales efficiency.

- Champion digital transformation across various departments, leveraging technology to boost productivity and ROI.

- Build and maintain a robust technology infrastructure that supports company growth and meets IT General Controls (ITGC) for audit compliance.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Establish and lead a data analytics framework that supports data-driven decision-making across the organization, enhancing business strategies and performance.

Platforms and Technologies:

- Expertise in designing and implementing B2B Sales and Order Management Platforms, enhancing partner engagement and operational efficiency.

- Advanced experience with cloud services, including Google Cloud Platform and Azure, to support scalable, high-availability application deployments.

- Proficient in developing and managing D2C e-commerce platforms, focusing on web store optimization, omnichannel order management, and marketing automation.

- Leadership in ERP, CRM, and essential system implementations (AMS, TMS, WMS, SFA) to streamline operations and ensure IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance.

- Skilled in utilizing AI-based tools and platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workplace to improve productivity and collaboration across teams.

- Expertise in establishing IT controls and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
