We look to create an amazing experience for the users (of the bank). We are among the largest and leading providers of Loyalty solution in the Middle East Region with our platform The seemingly small but highly experienced team has been instrumental is creating a world class loyalty solution that we offer to Banks. We have also launched Gift Card Programs for prestigious names like Dubai Mall, Samsung that allows users to have physical/digital Gift Cards.

We are now experiencing a high growth and are looking to expand our team to add to the strength in product development, quality assurance. We work in the best of breed of technology and provide a extremely good learning path in areas of programming, automation, testing, security, data handling/analytics, mobile and cloud.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Job Description:

The client is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing our technology strategy, ensuring the development and delivery of innovative and scalable payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

- Lead the technology team, overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of payment gateway systems and infrastructure.

- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the company's technology platforms.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant advancements into the company's technology stack.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technology processes and solutions.

- Collaborate with product, business development, and operations teams to ensure technology initiatives support overall business objectives.

- Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.

- Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.

- Oversee the development and implementation of IT policies and systems to support the company's strategic objectives.

- Mentor and develop the technology team, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
