Job Description :

Seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing our technology strategy, ensuring the development and delivery of innovative and scalable payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

- Lead the technology team, overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of payment gateway systems and infrastructure.

- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the company's technology platforms.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant advancements into the company's technology stack.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technology processes and solutions.

- Collaborate with product, business development, and operations teams to ensure technology initiatives support overall business objectives.

- Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.

- Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.

- Oversee the development and implementation of IT policies and systems to support the company's strategic objectives.

- Mentor and develop the technology team, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position in the fintech or payment gateway industry.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies.

- Strong understanding of payment gateway technologies, including security and compliance requirements.
