Total employee headcount - 350 employees (Pan India)

Technology team size - 50 members (full time employees)

Presence in India - 3 offices in Lower Parel, 3 additional outbound contact centers in Malad, Thane, Pune & Branches in 2 Metro cities -Delhi & Bangalore

10 Lakh registered users on their fintech platform

Reporting to - Managing Director

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 15+ years

Education - B.Tech/ M.Tech from reputed institutes preferred


Job Description:

- Define tech stacks, product roadmap, vision and growth plans

- Lead the journey of the company from being Tech Led to a Full blown FINTECH enterprise.

- Revisit the existing portal and identify potential gaps and add new product features to be developed as plugins which can provide an enhanced user experience to clients.

- Use technology tools to develop the organisations strategy to monetise the large registered user base and existing client base.

- Collaborate tech tools with new age technologies in order to create better user experience.

- Integrate new tech platforms and products into existing platform in order to give a seamless experience to clients.

- Inbuild security features in the portal for the clients and the organization.

- Create and build a data policy, including data security, data mining.

- Organisation has developed multiple products, CTO along with his team will have to integrate and allow product collaborations.

- Identify and lead collaborations with multiple technology companies to outsource projects.

- Closely monitor project timelines & deliverables.

- Develop 'Tech as a business ' culture within the organisation, map technology spends to organisational growth and business scalability.

- Automate business process across business lines through implementation of automation tools.

- Ability to translate digital transformation concepts & application of emerging technologies to the industry

- Build, mentor, educate and lead the technology teams with regard to the company's technological vision, opportunities & challenges

- Responsible for the success of new products and services being launched by the company.

- Be a trusted advisor to the founders & investors

- collaborate very closely with C-suite leaders in the team for enhancing product & user experience.

- Well versed with new age technologies.

- Experience of working in a fast paced agile environment, high growth and dynamic work culture where there are no outliers for exponential thinking.

- Must believe in exponential growth.

- Immersed in the ocean of INNOVATION. An innovative mind which is constantly triggering new ideas to scale existing business.

- 10-15 years of IT experience in building a platform/ product from scratch to scale preferably in a start-up with 5+ years of leadership experience.

- Ability to thrive in a start-up, proactive and hands-on in development and execution
