Roles and Responsibilities:
- Heading the Technical & Operations Team and to understand the requirements from/coordinate with the technical team/vendors of the banks to effectively influence decision and ensure technical delivery.
- Optimizing and managing existing information technology network in a manner it delivers high efficiency with sufficient resilience and yet managing costs effectively.
- Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical services.
- Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by understanding and evaluating client and project requirements.
- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate the execution of project.
- Direct interaction with client to understand the requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Facilitate conversations between technical team, stakeholders, quality assurance, testing team, finance team, customers etc.
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
- Ensuring company's technological processes and service comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations
- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Supervising quality assurance processes, integration, and system tests
- Studying information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
- Developing long term plans to sustain and support the business, anticipating the future trends.
- Ensure systems performance, availability and satisfy service level requirements.
- Maintain current information about technology standards and compliance regulations.
- Studying current and new industry trends, technologies, and software development.
- Assist with the recruitment, retention, acquisition and sales efforts of the company. Build relationships with vendors, communities and customers.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Relevant educational qualification in field of information technology, computer science, or a technology related discipline.
- 4+ years experience in software development role, information technology role, or related field.
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
