Job Description :

- Develop the technology strategy that supports our innovation cycle for new products

- Own the software development lifecycle including build, Code Review, release cycle and post mortems.

- Refine the understanding of the value of the speed of innovation for our customers by product class by working with our design centre, category managers, customer service and operations teams

- Drive agile based development while working on features or platforms. Be the primary owner of test, launch and iterate methodology

- Develop the next generation platform that productizes our unique ability to take customer feedback and transform to product features in the shortest possible time.
