Job Description :

- Will be part of the senior management team to establish organization technical vision and lead all aspects of the establishment of technology center and play an integral role in realizing the organizations strategic vision

- This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly managing Developers in your team. We're looking for a leader of tomorrow who can win the technical respect of the team with their own accomplishments, work in an agile, fast-changing environment, and lead us to building great products

- Should ensure timely and on-budget completion of various technology pertinent requirements of the organization

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivery of organizations services

- Collaborate with R&D, Technology to identify evolving technology trends/ changes that may support or impede the success of organization

- Collaborate with Helpdesk, Technology to identify major customer concerns and suggest incremental improvements in the established technological systems

- Provide inputs to procurement and contracts team in the selection of outsourced vendors

- Ensure maintenance of the running applications and introduction of new applications/ IT infrastructure as per the market dynamics

- Provide requisite support to Customer Service, Technology to ensure resolution of technical problems in a timely and cost-effective manner
