What you should have-

- Be a hands-on technology person with an eye for details and scale.

- Meaningful years of experience in cutting edge technologies in a product or start-up company and managed a team of software and QA engineers.

- Have sound knowledge and experience in Java, Python, Node.js, Angular.JS, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Memcache, Elasticsearch, Mongo DB, AWS, Azure etc...

- Have technical expertise in web systems architecture, design and development.

- Have experience in ensuring engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, service-oriented architecture etc.).

- Lead a full-stack team of developers (across Front-end, Back-end and Mobile), who are passionate about disrupting the industry.
