Chief Technology Officer/Co-Founder - RegTech Startup

We are building a regtech company that will disrupt the compliance function end to end with plans to become the pioneer in this segment.

We have a differentiated product offering specific to the B2B segment.

This is at a proof of concept stage with plans to launch soon. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Co-Founder who wants to be part of this exciting journey.

Requirements

- Hands on Coder - you will have to build the product MVP for the launch.

- 8-20 years experience across various technology stacks including cloud.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- The excitement of playing a key role in the success of a new venture.

- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure

- Self-starter with high energy levels.

- Ability to think and act strategically under pressure

Mandatory Skills

1. Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning(specially with text data), RPA(Blue Prism or UIPath).

2. Data Science & Data Engineering fields experience;

3. Cloud-native architecture structuring;

4. Full-stack engineering, Architecture of SaaS Platforms

5. API Infrastructure / integrations.

6. Strong technology architecture skills, enterprise SAAS architecture, ability to identify and implement robust, efficient and scalable solutions that leverage multiple techniques and/or technologies.

Preferred Skills

- Regtech/Fintech Experience in a startup or BFSI company would be an advantage but not compulsory.
