Chief Technology Officer/Co-Founder - FinTech Startup

This is regarding an opening for CTO/ Co-Founder at a Bangalore based seed stage BaaS FinTech Startup.

It is fast gearing up to the venture stage. The Founder is looking for a super-sharp co-founder and CTO to partner with him in its journey.

This startup is working on instant credit products to be offered through aggregator platforms such as Ola, Zomato and Swiggy.

Please find the JD and for the role of CTO / Co Founder as follows:

1. Qualified computer science engineer from a leading Indian / foreign university

2. At least 8+ years experience in platform engineering (and hands-on experience with platforms that have operated at scale) and building data-first platforms

3. Ability to recruit from networks is essential (supplemented with recruitment support from agencies)

4. Hands-on individual willing to get 'hands dirty' (ideally still codes)

5. Fintech / financial services experience is desirable

6. Startup experience is highly desirable

7. Willingness to join an ambitious, well-funded seed-stage startup which has ambitions to hyper-scale

8. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
