Key Responsibilities:

- Technology Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a robust technology roadmap aligned with global industry standards and Company' business objectives.

- AI & PropTech Implementation: Lead large-scale adoption of AI, machine learning, and PropTech solutions to enhance operational efficiency, tenant experience, and investment strategies.

- Enterprise Digital Transformation: Spearhead organization-wide technology initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions across all verticals.

- Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Overhaul company's data security and IT security framework, including encryption of all communication channels to safeguard proprietary information.

- Technology Infrastructure Optimization: Ensure the adoption of scalable, efficient, and secure IT systems to support growth ambitions.

- Innovation & Competitive Edge: Monitor and integrate emerging technologies that drive business transformation and competitive differentiation.

- Solutions-Oriented Approach: Conduct gap assessments to identify technology needs across various business functions, including Sales, CRM, Leasing, HR, Finance, Taxation, and Employee Travel.

- Implement cutting-edge software solutions to bring process efficiencies and enhance real-time analytics and data availability through ring dashboards.

Ideal Candidate:

- 15 to 20 years of experience in enterprise technology leadership roles, preferably in real estate, alternative assets, or related industries.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI, data analytics, and PropTech implementations.

- Expertise in digital transformation, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

- Strong understanding of data governance, encryption, and compliance frameworks for handling proprietary and sensitive business information.

- Experience in aligning technology initiatives with global real estate and alternative asset management best practices.

- In-depth knowledge and expertise in implementing technology solutions across business verticals to improve operational efficiency.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving industry trends.
