Chief Technology Officer - BPO/ITES

The position :

- We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a key member of the leadership team.

- S/he will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). S/he will be the strategic technology partner to the senior leadership team, will lead all tech product development for clients and internal teams, will have excellent team management and planning capabilities.

- The CTO will lead the company through a massive growth over the next few years.

- You will work alongside other C-Suite team members and take ownership of all company technology matters.

- To do well in this role you should have experience with development of complex cloud-based technology platforms, building scale and the ability to think strategically, interact with the board and the management team and at the same time be able to execute on the deliverables on your own independently.

Key Responsibilities would include :

- Work with business, product and technology stakeholders to set overall technology roadmap.

- Set technical vision and goals of the company.

- Deliver projects on time and on-budget as per the requirements.

- Build the high caliber technology team

- Manage the performance of the tech team, engineers, and designers.

- Be accountable for the overall technology platform development.

- Drive technical excellence and quality of the technology platforms.

- Define, Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics.

- Collaborate effectively with the product team to timely implement the roadmap

- Management of platform-wide security

- Oversee and maintain the application architecture

- Management of QA and product quality

- Provide hands on coaching and mentoring to the team

- Work in an agile development environment

- Explore new and emerging technologies, and research industry and its trends. Make recommendations to improve the product features and performance.
