Chief Technology Officer - BFSI/NBFC/Logistics/FMCG/Retail

CTO will lead the digital and technology transformation of the organization, and a team of 50 people in mobile app development, digitization, engineering, infrastructure & security. He/She should have a strong track record of building mobile apps, should have built and led teams who have done application development on tabs/mobile phones/devices. Excellent in service delivery and must have worked as a CTO in the BFSI/NBFC/Logistics/FMCG/Retail industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Build & implement the organization's digital strategy in line with business strategy.

2. Identify and support new technologies rollouts relevant to the organization's overall growth plan.

3. Collaborate with different business vertical & function heads to understand their requirements.

4. Analyze and create the digital / automation roadmap as well as ensure implementation post-buy-in of the leadership team.

5. Continue to develop and enhance the IT security strategy including governance, processes and reporting mechanisms.

6. Develop cost effective strategies for system maintenance and asset utilization, which also deal with hardware and software obsolescence problems.

7. Steer development, review, and certification of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans.

8. Provide leadership to the IT team and build a team that is customer-oriented and delivers business value.

Qualifications:

1. MBA/M.Tech/M.E from a reputed institute.

2. 20-25 years work experience, with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience and at least 5 years in digitization/automation areas.

3. Prior experience in Logistics/FMCG/Retail/Financial Services Industry.
