We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology initiatives and drive innovation across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering technological solutions that align with business goals, along with extensive experience in leading and managing technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's technology strategy in alignment with its business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our products and services.
- Drive innovation by fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the technology team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the technology team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other senior executives to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure technology solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to technology and information security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 25-30 years of relevant experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the IT or analytics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology initiatives and delivering business value through technology solutions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications in the business context.
-Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think long-term.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Prior experience working in a shift-based environment would be an advantage
