Chief Technology Officer - Banking Technology

Experience :

- 12-20 years of deep technology leadership experience. International experience preferred.

- Should have architected, built & installed complex technology platforms in previous or current career

- Have performed successfully as a Director of Engineering or above at technology companies such as Oracle, Yahoo!, Google, Amazon. Adobe etc. Some entrepreneurial (start up) experience is greatly valued as well.

- Should have hands-on as a technologist and have kept oneself up-to-date with the latest trends and industry standards

- Have used/has a strong working knowledge of applied statistics, statistical learning, machine learning.

- Knowledge of banking technology stacks and environments is desirable but not mandatory

- Should have built and led high performance teams.

Responsibilities :

- Providing direction and decision making on what technologies to use, the architecture of the Alpha platform and best technical practices to follow.

- Provide help to the team to tackle deployment, scalability and reliability challenges as our customer base continues to grow across India, Malaysia and the Middle-east.

- You will be ultimately responsible for the security and compliance of Alpha with local regulations across geographies

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the product, customers and our technical platform to identify new opportunities for business

- Ready to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on in solving issues and unblock your colleagues.

- Enable engineering and business teams to adapt as we scale, learn and do their best work

- Preferably have client facing, business & management skills

- Will work closely with the CXO team to help shape the strategic direction of the company.

- As a thought leader who is in tune with industry trends, you- ll represent organization externally at various meet-ups, conferences and industry networks.
