Job Description - Looking for an existing CTO / Head Engineering / VP Engineering / Director Engineering with B.Tech from a Tier 1 institute (IIT, BITS, NIT only) and 15 - 18 years of experience in building a scalable B2B platform. Position will directly report to a the Founder / CEO and lead a high calibre tech team based out of Gurgaon.

Client Details

Our client is a India B2B SaaS platform with a strong presence in India and expanding operations across other countries. With expanding operations, they are looking to hire a CTO to review the platform, make sure it is enhanced for scale.

Description

Reporting to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include:

- Scope and lead technical projects with enormous impact across many teams

- Directly leading architecture review for scale & stability



- Drive integration across platforms

- Serve as a role model to a high calibre engineering team

- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions like product, design and customer success.

Profile

- B.Tech CS or equivalent from a leading technology institute

- 15 - 18 years of of experience in a B2B SaaS product which has seen scale



- 4+ years in leading Engineering as a function

- Managed teams that have a track strong record

- Successfully recruited and mentored engineers

- Ability to collaborate across levels and functions to achieve goals
