Chief Technology Officer - Apparel Startup

We're a start up in the apparel space looking to craft a product uniquely suited to the Indian consumer, & bring tech and scale advantages to the hyper-local space.

We're looking for a CTO, ideally from a Tier 1 engineering school.

The ideal candidate will

- Have 5 plus years of experience in the technology space working either with top tier tech companies or with startups

- Have experience in hands on coding, with consumer facing apps and/or back end data systems

- Have a strong work ethic, personal value system and competitive drive

- Be well versed with various data management systems

- Have experience managing teams and delivering stretch targets

- Have a strong customer bias and understanding of user experience

Your role here, as part of the core team, will include:

- Designing and overseeing the development of the consumer and customer interfaces

- Building a strong team

- Manage and grow the tech team

- Setting a roadmap and direction on technology as the brand evolves
