Chief Technology Officer - AIF/PMS

Role and responsibilities:

(i) Create an IT strategy and vision.

(ii) Develop technical aspects of the firm's strategy to ensure alignment with business goal.

(iii)Implement technologies that yield significant impact to the existing processes.

(iv) Facilitate various businesses to use technology and showcase upcoming trends.

(v) Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.

(vi) Build data protection processes and Business intelligence tools.

(vii)Build Mutual fund tech infrastructure.

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.

- Understanding of business and business-planning

- Ability to conduct technological analysis and research

- Excellent communication skills

- Leadership and organizational abilities

- Strategic thinking

- Problem-solving aptitude

Work ex & Qualification:

- 12 to 15 years work experience

- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; plus MBA
