Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership
Strategic Technology Planning: Develop and execute a long-term technology vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy. Conduct regular technology assessments to identify and prioritize investments that deliver business value.
Digital Innovation and Adoption: Pilot and implement new technologies to enhance business performance. Measure and adjust strategies based on technology impact.
Data Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to enable holistic data analysis and support AI/ML initiatives.
Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Software Management
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for high availability, reliability, and scalability. Manage cloud solutions for flexibility and efficiency.
- Cybersecurity Management: Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies. Conduct assessments, implement security controls, and respond to incidents promptly.
- Compliance Management: Ensure IT policies and procedures comply with regulations.
- Manage audits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Software Management: Select, implement, and manage software applications. Ensure updates, evaluate performance, and manage licensing agreements.
- Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Conduct regular tests and updates to ensure effectiveness.
Project & Product Management:
- Project Leadership: Initiate, plan, and execute IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Monitor progress and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with departments to address technology needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Product Development: Lead development and implementation of new IT products. Gather user requirements, oversee design, testing, and enhancements based on feedback.
Stakeholder Management:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop IT team members. Set clear goals, provide feedback, and evaluate performance.
- Vendor Relations: Evaluate and manage vendor relationships for quality and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet obligations.
Success Metrics:
Impact and adoption of new technologies, user satisfaction, and performance improvements.
System uptime and incidents of downtime.
Project completion rates within scope, budget, and timeline, assessing quality and business impact.
