Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement the company's technology vision and strategy.

- Oversee the technical development of the company's goods and services.

- Ensure that technology resources are aligned with the company's immediate and long-term objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the technology team, which includes engineers, developers, and IT professionals.

- Create a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence among the technical staff.

- Ensure clear communication and coordination across departments.

- Oversee all aspects of system design and architecture.

- Manage technology projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, under budget, and with the acceptable quality standards.

- Coordinate technological initiatives to ensure that data and network services are available with as little downtime as possible.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of fiber optics networks to ensure high-speed and reliable connectivity.

- Manage data center operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

- Develop and implement cloud infrastructure strategies to support the company's services and operations.

- Oversee satellite communications to ensure seamless and efficient connectivity.

- Manage spectrum resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal usage.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role.

- Proven experience in managing technology teams and leading large-scale projects.
