Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the technological strategy, innovation, and execution for our organization. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the technology roadmap, leading development teams, ensuring scalability, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the companys technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

- Lead the development and implementation of scalable and secure technology solutions.

- Oversee all aspects of technology infrastructure, architecture, and product development.

- Drive innovation and identify emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Manage and mentor engineering teams, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.

- Establish and enforce best practices in software development, cybersecurity, and IT governance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless technology integration.

- Optimize technology investments and budget while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate cybersecurity threats and compliance risks.

- Build relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and investors, to support technology initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in leading technology teams and driving digital transformation.

- Expertise in software architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern tech stacks.

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT technologies is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.

- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
