Location : Mumbai or Bengaluru.

We seek a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/(CIO) to drive AI, PropTech, and enterprise-wide technology adoption, positioning at the forefront of innovation.

You will be responsible for formulating and executing technology strategy, ensuring alignment with global best practices in AI, data analytics, and PropTech.

The ideal candidate will lead the company's digital transformation efforts, overseeing the integration, scaling, and security of technology across all business functions.

This is a critical leadership role requiring a hands-on approach to drive technological excellence, data security, and business innovation.

Key Qualifications & Experience

MUST:15+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership roles.

MUST:

- Experience in consulting, IT services, Internet Marketplace, PropTech, Real Estate, alternative assets, or related industries.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI, data analytics, and PropTech implementations.

- Expertise in digital transformation, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

- Strong understanding of data governance, encryption, and compliance frameworks for handling proprietary and sensitive business information.

- Experience in aligning technology initiatives with global real estate and alternative asset management best practices.

- In-depth knowledge and expertise in implementing technology solutions across business verticals to improve operational efficiency.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving industry trends.

- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
