Job Overview:
We are looking for a visionary and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both healthcare and fintech, with a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions. As CTO, you will drive innovation, ensure the security and scalability of our technology stack, and lead a team of engineers and developers in building products that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership: Define and implement the company's technical strategy to align with business objectives and drive innovation in healthcare fintech solutions.
Product Development: Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and compliant technology platforms and products.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in healthcare and financial data security.
Partnership & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and business development, to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Budget Management: Manage the technology budget and make strategic decisions regarding technology investments.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and assess their applicability to our business, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Customer Focus: Prioritize the customer experience by ensuring technology solutions are user-friendly, reliable, and efficient.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or fintech industries.
- Proven experience in developing scalable technology solutions for startups or growth-stage companies.
Skills:
- Expertise in software development, cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and customer-centricity.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
