Chief Technical Officer - TPA Firm

We are a 10 year young executive search firm with a global reach, named ArCent. We provide dependable top level talent to our clients. Most of our clients are leading MNCs or listed companies, or heavily funded start-ups.

We have a startup client which is into TPA business and is a part of one of the prestigious and established group of Kolkata which is in to businesses of IT, ITeS, Jute Mills and have offices all across India for the last 5 decades, having a turnover of more than 200 crores, with a total employee strength of 1500 spread across India. Our client has been incorporated in 2018 with 6 members on board, and with a target of reaching to headcount of 50 people by end 2018. They already have a TPA license from IRDA and 20 offices ready PAN India

IT is headed by parent organisation's next generation entrepreneur who has studied in Kellogs School of Business, ex-Mckinsey and has also kick-started another business line which is into - office space- solutions in 2016 and become a market leader with PAN India presence with turnover of INR 150 crores plus with 130 employees & growing.He has worked in Chicago with McKinsey & Company as a Consultant for over 5 years focusing on strategy and operational topic across healthcare, infrastructure and insurance. Has also served as the Chief of Staff at Medanta Medicity spearheading key strategic initiatives for the COO. He graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University with a degree in Economics graduating in top 10% of the class.

Job Description

- Job experience should be between 10 years to 20 Years in IT functions in Insurance/Hospital/TPA organizations.

- Sound knowledge and understanding of insurance functions, products and work flow

- Professional IT qualification

- Formulate and implement IT Strategy and Policy for the Company to support realization of the goals and Business Plans by optimal leveraging of technology

- Knowledge and hands on experience in Application development with mandatory experience of setting up Claim Management & Customer Service software's.

- N being the guiding force behind setting up the department & the team. (as per his preferences).

- Should have Start up experience
