Chief Technical Officer - Payment Gateway - Telecom

Our client is one of India's most reputed telecom giant and is looking for CTO for their payments gateway space.

Job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the operations with the ownership to shape up the vision for IT support and service, develop exemplary relationships with key user groups, and deliver programs and services that exceed expectations. She/He will be an expert at managing software engineering efforts as well as network and internal operations.

The CTO will be a major contributor in shaping corporate strategy and will lead a team of dedicated, highly skilled IT professionals, in the execution of that strategy. Ability to think big, understanding of global technology landscape to make Organization capable to achieve its business goals using technology effectively. The person should have comprehensive knowledge of:

- Business principles and techniques of administration, organization, and management to include an understanding of the key business issues that exist in a global environment

- Data processing methods and procedures, and computer software systems

- Systems design and development processes, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation and operational management

- Business process analysis and redesign, managing large budgets, interaction and selection of vendors for various products the organization may need to invest to scale up the technology platforms.

- Manage Indian IT software and infrastructure vendors

- Deployed and Managed hosted solutions and mobile solutions

- End-to-end technology management of the organization

- Understanding of web & mobile technologies, hosted solutions, social media

- Design, management, and operation of managed IT systems, digital and ecommerce technologies.

- Our client prefers professionals from Payment processing companies, Large Banking Infra companies, Payment gateways, ecommerce companies.

Masters Degree in Computer Science or related discipline required

Minimum 15 years senior leadership in information technology, within a complex organization
