You Will:
Be partner in the company's growth being involved from concept stage to launch of new products and partnerships. Have a vision for the team and help build the best in class technology hub with culture of transparency and openness.
While leading the engineering team of 60 (and soon growing to 80+), you will own aggressive ramp up plan and help scale the company at lightning speed. As we believe our engineering team to be core of our organization, you will help build great and innovative products, taking full responsibility for all tech related decisions at strategic level, you will define the technology and lead implementation for many growing and complex real-time application, work closely with other function heads and telco partners from time to time, be a respected solution provider, leader and mentor for engineers and other teams-and very importantly create culture and environment of high learning, creativity, openness and excellence, for all team to unleash their best !
Must have:
- 6+ years in a managerial role.
- 8+ years of software development experience
- An up to date knowledge of the newest technologies
- Ability to communicate and defend your ideas clearly
- A desire to build products that users love
- A passion to build and lead A++ teams and products
